This document clearly describes all the rules, responsibilities and rights that apply between you and us when using the ju999 platform. Please read it in full before using our services.
Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ju999 platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" or "user"). By creating an account on ju999 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made. If you continue using the service after an update, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To create an account on ju999, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and all your information must be true and accurate.
- You have not previously been banned from ju999 and are not subject to any active restriction.
- Your account activity and deposited funds are from a legitimate source.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not give any other person access to your account. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Identity verification: For security and legal compliance, ju999 may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
You can deposit at ju999 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Your account must be verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in foreign currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.
Important: If money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity is suspected, ju999 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal without verification and to notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at ju999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not including the deposit). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings. This requirement is set at 20 times.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.
- ju999 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program & Cashback
ju999 has four VIP tiers for regular players. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
Bronze
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. Available from the start.
Silver
Up to 0.6% cashback per week. Promoted through regular participation.
Gold
Up to 0.9% cashback per week. Earned through higher activity.
Platinum
Up to 1.2% cashback per week. Highest benefits and support.
Tier changes are based on overall gaming activity. The cashback amount is automatically credited to your account each week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.
Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ju999 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are independently verified and secured with SSL encryption technology. The use of any bots, automated software or artificial aids is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Using or interfering with another user's account.
- Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Attempting to interfere with or modify the platform's software.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
- Participating in betting syndicates or manipulative wagering.
6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting
Using any personal or insider information to gain an advantage while participating in sports betting is prohibited. If match-fixing or any manipulative activity is suspected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be suspended. No bets are accepted after a betting market has closed.
Liability & Disclaimer
7.1 Limitation of Liability
ju999 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server outages, internet connection failures or third parties. However, if a user's account balance is incorrectly affected due to a technical error, it will be reviewed and corrected.
7.2 Service Interruptions
ju999 may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or upgrades. Advance notice will be given where possible. Every effort will be made to keep the duration of any service interruption as short as possible.
7.3 Third-Party Software
Software from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft and other game providers are third-party products. Any disputes regarding the operation of these games will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the relevant provider.

9.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, the bonus will be cancelled. Any remaining valid balance in the account will be returned.
9.3 Self-Exclusion Under Responsible Gaming

10.3 Final Decision
Decisions made by ju999 based on technical logs and audit records will be considered final. No winnings or rewards will be paid out in cases of fraudulent activity.
Applicable Law & General Provisions
The applicable law is followed in drafting and interpreting these Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
Language: These Terms are written in Bengali. If any translation is required, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between ju999 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.
11.2 Assignment of Rights
The user may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. ju999 may transfer rights under this agreement for business purposes where necessary.
